Our founder has her Master's Degree in Food Science with a background as Senior Food Scientist - Product Developer. Her past work experiences have included working for Kellogg's and Coca-Cola, and she is presently a Food Science and Technology professor at the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona. She started Nam Gourmet with the intention of introducing traditional Vietnamese cuisine in a modern way, and to make it new and more efficient to prepare. As a working mother of two children, she has been inspired to develop food that will provide families with a good, healthy, gourmet, and quick homemade meal.
